Will every listing be reviewed?

No. Our team selects listings based on fit, entertainment value, and educational opportunity. We don't review everything.

Do I have to appear live?

Not necessarily. We can review your listing from the comfort of our studio, but if you're feeling brave, you can join us live.

Will you share my exact address?

Avoid displaying exact property addresses unless they are already publicly necessary or permission is provided.

Can I submit a property outside Texas?

Yes. We review listings from all over the country. We just need to know the city and state.

Can property managers submit listings?

Yes. If they are authorized to do so, property managers can submit listings for review.

Is the feedback guaranteed to increase revenue?

No. The show provides opinions and educational recommendations. Performance depends on market conditions, operations, and pricing.
